Some months ago, the manufacturers of Danstar Nottingham Yeast decided to more or double the price, which had the effect of causing all of the wholesalers to drop it as a product line and many replaced it with the Mauribrew range of yeasts. Following requests from many of its retailers and customers, Youngs have decided to restock the Nottingham Yeast. It has substantially increased in price, but many of its enthusiasts will deem that it is a price worth paying  for what many consider to be one of the finest beer yeast strains available to the homebrew market.

I have decided to put some back into our stock and it is now available either in store or on-line.
