Our store can be a bit difficult to find on Severalls Industrial Estate as most Satnav systems will only bring you onto Wyncolls Road and not directly onto the Seedbed Centre which is between Newcomen Way and Brunel Way, close to the DHL, NES and Rose of Colchester buildings.

If you are still having  difficulty fnd us, look out for the Big Yellow Gates and numerous "Swing Signs" and "A Boards" on the grass verge.

If you are travelling up Wyncolls Road from the Cattle Market/Auction end, then the gates are on the left just before you get to the roundabout. If you are coming in from the Ardleigh Interchange on the A12 you will need to turn left at the first roundabout and the gates are about 50 yards on the right after you have negotiated the roundabout. If you are coming in from the Stadium Interchange, come all the way along "The Crescent", cross the roundabout and look for the gates 50 yards on your right.

Severalls Industrial Estate is accessible via Public Transport during peak times Mon-Fri, but the bus companies keep changing the route number and timetables. As of 1/2/23, services 8, 11 and 65 directly visit the estate during peak hours. At other times, services 8, 61 and 65 visit Severalls Lane before heading down Brinkley Lane towards Highwoods Square or Mill Lane if coming from Highwoods Square.
