We received our latest batch of St Peter's Golden Ale this afternoon and have put one on to ferment. In view of the warm weather at the moment, I expect it to be ready to barrel by the beginning of next week and be ready for drinking by the middle of May. I have also put on a batch of Woodfordes Nelson's Revenge, which makes 36 pints with a target ABV of 5%.

The Nelson's is one of my favourite beers and was on as a taster many times until the middle of last year. This is the first time I have brewed it as a taster since Sam shouted at me and told me that the customers were getting bored of it and made me promise to only make it for my own consumption.
