Saflager W34/70 Lager Yeast - 11.5g Sachet.

This is a true bottom fermenting yeast from Weihenstephan in the Bavarian region of Germany for producing up to 5 gallons of authentic style German Lagers with a good balance of floral and fruity aromas and clean flavors. The sachet can be sprinkled directly onto the surface of the wort during the initial transfer to the fermenter or can be rehydrated and pitched as a liquid.

It has a high attenuation rate, is tolerant to around 9% ABV and flocculates well to produce very clear beers. It is best used at 18-24°C
